Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work:

• Full Refund: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
• 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24–48 hours prior to your ride will receive a 50% refund.
• No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the ride, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
• Weather Policy: In the case of unsafe weather conditions, we may cancel or reschedule your ride. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

We do our best to accommodate emergencies and rescheduling requests. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
